MAPS.ME: Offline Maps, GPS Nav App Reviews

Great app, although it uses 100% of the battery charge in 1 hour, with no background apps running. (new iphone se) so it doesnt last me very long when exploring the city streets.

I just started using this app. We are travelling and it is great to have an offline map resource.

I am thoroughly impressed with this application! I have never seen anything like this before. Its pretty user friendly as well! I definitely recommend this to everyone I know.

When in doubt just get this app , you download maps that are relevant to your location and when you dont have wifi the app uses satellites to track your location and its ALWAYS ACCURATE. Travelled around Europe with this app and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I love this app for travel because it can function completely offline and with a cell connection, which also makes it good for back country navigation. I am always impressed with how progressive the developers are in making updates and upgrades. Great job Maps.me team!

PLEASE fix the bug ASAP!

The level of detail you get — and that its all downloadable to the device — make this application second to none. Thoroughly impressed

Does not work with iPhone 7:(

Worked extremely well on a trip to the Caribbean. Saved us many hours of work and kept our stress levels low while driving around in an unfamiliar environment.

Not bad but has some trouble finding locations even when I type in the exact address. I dont know if it is a bug but cant find location

Maps.me is good for second-level verification as it works offline, but it also led us down cul-de-sacs in St. Vincent and showed roads where there were none. Better to rely on a paper map first and use this as a backup!

Great for no data navigation. Loved it all along, been using it for a couple years now. Only issue now (and its big to me) is that the "time to destination" and "ETA" are now grossly incorrect. Its as though the app thinks you will never exceed 50km/h.

detail, clear even better than local offical maps. helped me to identify the rountes in the middle of mountain trails! highly recommenda
